Realme is gearing up to introduce a new smartphone series in India, with a Flipkart listing confirming that the company’s P lineup will soon expand. While details remain limited, industry watchers believe the launch could feature the Realme P4 Pro 5G.
A dedicated microsite for the upcoming device is now live on Flipkart, showing a “Coming Soon” status. This confirms that the new P series phone will be sold through the e-commerce platform.
Realme has positioned the P series as one that brings firsts to its segment. Past models include the P1 5G, which launched with a 120Hz AMOLED display, and the P3x 5G, billed as the first MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset smartphone. The current P3 Pro 5G is marketed as India’s first in its segment with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and a quad-curved display.
The upcoming model might continue that trend. A device suspected to be the Realme P4 Pro 5G, with model number RMX5116, recently appeared on Geekbench. The listing shows an octa-core processor with one core at 2.80GHz, four at 2.40GHz, and three at 1.84GHz, suggesting it could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
It also lists approximately 11GB of RAM, likely to be marketed as 12GB, and Android 15 as the operating system. Benchmark results include a single-core score of 1,216 and a multi-core score of 3,533 in Geekbench 6.4.0 tests. The motherboard identifier in the listing reads “sun”.
While Realme has not confirmed the model name, the timing of the Flipkart teaser and the Geekbench leak has led to speculation that the P4 Pro 5G could be the headline device of the launch. Still, without official confirmation, the possibility remains open that the phone teased on Flipkart could be another model in the P series.
For now, those watching Realme’s smartphone roadmap will have to wait for the brand to reveal more. The P4 series could arrive as early as this month, if the current teaser campaign is anything to go by.
